It's been 2 weeks since the Blue line bus has been operating in downtown Fort Worth, providing a new way to get around.
Fort Worth and Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. have formed a partnership to provide funding for the Blue Line. As a testament to its appeal, Fort Worth attracted 11.5 million visitors last year, resulting in a significant economic impact of $3.5 billion, according to Visit Fort Worth. Moreover, visitor spending contributed to an estimated $251 million in state and local tax revenues. The collaborative effort has enabled the Blue Line to offer complimentary rides year-round. The route facilitates easy access to downtown shops, restaurants, hotels, and other points of interest. Notable stops along the Blue Line include the Fort Worth Convention Center, Fort Worth Water Gardens, and Sundance Square.
